What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens and things come up! I’m happy to reschedule or even cancel appointments when necessary. I kindly ask for a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Repeated cancellations/no-shows made with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value.
Where is the best place to park?
Metered and regular street parking is available surrounding the building. If you have a color appointment, try your best to find an unmetered spot. A two hour meter is fine for a haircut appointment. Some days and times are busier than others so give yourself enough time to find a spot. Some days you may have to walk a block or two at most.
Why the +?
Every service is different and depending on your hair’s length, natural base color and density, may require extra time and/or product. Additional charges may be added to your service to reflect this.
What color line do you use?
I am a passionate user of the COLOR.ME Color line by KEVIN.MURPHY. The color line gives a unique natural multi tonal finish that mimics virgin hair. It is ammonia and PPD free and it is full of naturally derived ingredients like Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, Honey and has specialized micro pigments for shinier and healthier looking hair.
How far in advance should i book my appointments?
I strive to give every client the attention and care they deserve . Because of that, I do not accept walk-in appointments. I am mostly booked out 2-3 weeks so expect that when booking on the fly. Longer appointments like Modern Blonding and Extension Installation will be more difficult to book unless booked well in advance, and shorter appointments like haircuts are generally more easily available. Evening and Weekend appointments are in high demand so they book first and fast. The best way to ensure you have your ideal appointment is to pre-book during each appointment.
Do you allow dogs in the salon?
With the exception of service dogs, no dogs are permitted in the salon at any time.
